The lady that cut my sons hair screwed it all up. I believe her name is Paula an older lady. Really disappointed

Normally this place is wonderful. But the haircut was horrible and the stylist just didn’t listen to me. A very nice lady, but I was very unhappy when I left.

I have twin boys that are 11 years old. I cut their hair all the stylist needed to do was trim up and blend. I was charged $30 per child. When I asked about it the woman said well he wanted the MVP.. excuse me? What 11 year old boy needs a massage and shampoo- I’m sorry this is the worst service and rip off ever. I tried to call customer service but got the recording that each location is independently owned. I 100% will never return on top of that I will make sure everyone I know and every social media site is for warned how sport clips swindles people. Mostly it was the attitude when I questioned it - it was like too bad.
