I don’t enjoy having “product” put into my hair without being asked only to have the stylist try to sell me the same stuff when i go to check out at the cash register. That whole idea is sloppy. I know it’s probably what they’re supposed to do, and that’s why i’m giving feedback on it. please consider not having the stylist push product this way…

I was never asked what package I wanted up front and just wanted a basic haircut. The lady said she would shampoo my head to keep hair from itching me, I didnt realize it would be a upcharge.
I absolutely love the SportsClips in Wilson, NC. All the associates are amazing and make me feel right at home. I go in at least two times a week to get my hair shampooed and I am never disappointed. Brittany, Pauline, Rachel, and Tonya are some of my favorites! This is the best location by far in my opinion!

Always clean and great service. Brittany and Pauline are a duo team that can run the business, while the phone rings off the hook and take care of the clients hair cut they are attending too and keep moving in a professional manner. The store is sorely understaffed especially for the 3 - 4 pm time frame when folks are getting their kids from school and first shift workers are headed home. It was very irritating that at least three times in 20 min times the call you could tell was from a manager trying to cut the staff from three to two therefore baxk if the wait up for others. But in the same time the poor stylist are having to stop to talk to this business person which seemed to be disgraceful to those trying to get their hair cut for the constant iPhone calls from the manager. It was not overly obvious it was the manager but they would have to let the other stylist know what was taking place and they did so tactfully. But management needs ri allow these folks to work as it will kill this store with wait times and yet it’s the best place in town and the best Sports Clips I have ever been too. But micromanaging to keep labor down when your busy only drives customers away that will not come back. It doesn’t make business sense. And this needs to be shared as a learning tool that your killing the Wilson store by cutting stylist at the most vital Tim Eid the day. I have seen this time and time again as a regular client here.
