I like the environment because I am a big sports fan. Also I like that you don't have to have an appointment to get a haircut. I am a sales representative and like being able to stop in at any time.

Less turnover from your employees. I love going to SportsClips but every time I start to like the person, they leave, and some of your newer associates are not as good. You need to find a way to keep good employees, or else I may end up going somewhere else.

At your Wilson NC location you have a lot of stylists that cannot cut hair correctly. If you are going to charge 3-8 dollars more for a haircut than everyone else in a geographical location every employee should be able to cut a simple buzz cut and fade. I rated you all an 8 because there are around 2 people that I know of that can truly do a good job at this location. Take them out of the equation and you would get a 4. I got a great haircut last time, but the two times before I felt cheated. However you all are open later on Saturdays and the only place open on Sundays in Wilson. To be honest with you that's probably what keeps me returning. You have had stylists that were good in the past and they left within months. Please find a way to get feedback on individual stylists and find a way to retain your good ones.

I have been getting my hair cut at this location since they opened. I have only had my hair cut by the same person a few times. Turn over and bad mouth of the owner, "Ed", is on going. I do not go in the afternoon any more. The crew plays and talks loud to each other. I don't know why I keep going back. I think a good mananger would solve the problem. The last girl that cut my hair was new last week. She did good and was professional. I think she said she had seven years in the business.
I appreciate the service that I receive during every visit. I feel special and valued.

The service at Sport Clips is first class. The workers are professional and friendly. I look forward to going to get a haircut at Sport Clips. I drive 45 minutes to go to Sport Clips because we do not have one where I live, but it is worth the drive.
