Fade was not done properly or to request. Longer portion was not blended. Neck was not fully trimmed. Hair around ears left uncut. Had to go to an additional barber to fix right after.

Hi,
I heard the Wilson, NC branch was going to do away with the "cut only". There are times I do not have time for a "cut & wash" and do not feel it fair to have to pay for something I don't get. When I have the time I enjoy the experience of having my head washed but when there is not time "it is what it is". Please keep the cut only option.

Jamie cut my sons hair and she did amazing. Showed him how to style it and the products to use. You can tell she loves her job and is fantastic at it.
I take my dad to the Wilson location ! He is 99 and really enjoys having his hair cut by Tonya. She is very patient with him and says all the right things to make his trip to Sport Clips special ! I appreciate her very much .

To ling of wait time. Terrible hair cut
Was asked about my preference of haircut, offered suggestions, cut was exactly what I wanted.
I checked in using the app. I received an appointment time of 4:16 pm. While on the way my appointment time changed to 4:29. I arrived at 4:29 and was listed as on deck. One stylist was just finishing with a client another was cutting another clients hair. The first client was checked out and the stylist went to the back and didn’t come back out. A third stylist came from the back and cleaned up the area around where the second stylist had just finished. She walked to the back again. She finally came back out and after chatting with the second girl and fiddling with things at the desk she called my name at 5:01pm. My haircut was HORRIBLE!! My part was very messed up and I had uneven lines across the back that were not blended. The front looked like a bowl cut!!!
The grandson and I get the VIP....good cut, hot towel and shampoo with a neck massage is the deal.
Haircut was okay, would like it if she took a bit more time to focus on detail rather than a rushed haircut. Equipment is old, I felt my hair getting pulled by the machine over and over again. If they had better equipment it would have been a lot better experience.
The MVP will be my go to. Loved it! Very relaxed atmosphere and professional stylist.
