Service was extremely friendly. Even though the store was busy, Jamie still took time to make me feel welcome and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience.
The picture my son showed the stylist and what was done to his hair was nothing close. He won’t need another hair cut until December bc it is so short. The picture was not close to that short nor nothing like the cut she gave him. This is the second bad experience in a row and our last giving sports clips a try. I have made sure everyone I know is aware of how bad it is. If someone can’t give the cut requested, they should just be honest and say so, not ruin a child’s hair. He has cried and cried over this bc he starts middle school Monday and the cut is embarrassing and awful…. Really, y’all should be closed down.
The approximate time for my hair cut was 11:22 online when I made the appointment. They skipped me twice for people shown with longer wait times that immediately arrived at the store. I wasn’t called back until 12:12, I thought about leaving the store. Tia was nice but was very rough with my cut. I’m very disappointed and not likely to ever attend the Wilson sports clips again. I’m not sure why others get special treatment while making me wait for 50 minutes beyond the approximate time.
