Every effort is made to accommodate me when I need to change a time or a day from my normal cleaning schedule. Love the "I scented" cleaning products that leave our home smelling clean and fresh without smelling fake and flowery.

Punctual, no nonsense, thorough
I like that the maids go the extra mile. Making sure everything is clean, even emptying my dryer lint bucket which I have on top of the dryer. Wasn't expected, but nice surprise.
Occasionally I might have something extra....vacuum under the couch cushions, no problem.
I like that I can point out something, like the floors (which is usually the worst in my home), and extra attention is given to it.
Rosa and Justine do an excellent job of cleaning our home and providing great customer care. I can depend on them to leave my house sparkling and done just the way I want it! They go out of their way to make sure I am pleased.
