Flexibility in scheduling
Also, I need to provide feedback about my cleaning from 8/12 (I have been on vacation since then, and just returned, this is why it is late feedback.)
I use the Concord, CA Treat Blvd. location. I will continue to be a customer, and normally love the service that Merry Maids provides to my home. The cleaning on 8/12 was so very bad it is worth a mention, because it is so out of character for the standards that this office usually provides.
My laminate floors in the great room/living room have a filmy substance on them, so that anyone who walks on them leaves a footprint.
My marble island in the kitchen had a filmy residue on it.
My laundry room was not touched at all. The sink was dirty, and the machines were not wiped down.
In both bathrooms, the products were moved to clean to all of the surfaces, but then all of the products were dumped back into the middle of each shower.
As I mentioned above - this location does a wonderful job for me, and I have been a client for over 10 years, and I will remain a client. This last cleaning was sub par, and it is my wish that the individual(s) assigned to work at my home that day not be assigned in the future.

Martha and Maria always perform at a ten out of ten! The floors sparkle; the vacuum marks on the carpets are precise; the rungs on the chairs are dust free; the kitchen counter sparkles; the small "rug" by the patio door is always clean; the chairs and sofa have been vacuumed;the house smells just right because they use just the right amount of polish; no finger prints remain on any appliance or mirror; tub and showers are spotless; and then there are the small things:the folds on the paper towels and toilet paper are a nice final touch. In addition, they are very nice !!

I had the same house cleaner for 6 years before I finally admitted that my home was not cleaned properly. However, since using Merry Maids, my home is REALLY CLEAN FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME. The bathroom showers and toilets and sinks were cleaned excellent, however the bathroom floors need just that little extra. But everything else was great !!!
Where to start, I love that the products used are safe for my kitty and my little boy. I love that they do an amazing job on our home and are very considerate of my husband, who works from home. I love that they give me so much extra time to spend with my family which you honestly can't put a price on. I really could not be more pleased.
