There is a lot to like about your service, however, since we lost our very trusted, hardworking amazing team - (Eufracia & her co-worker) cleaning has not always met our expectations. When Eufracia and her co-worker cleaned our home there was never anything that we felt was ever overlooked. WE can't say that for the teams that have since come to clean. When the team has left and I have perhaps spilt water on my kitchen floor, I find it interesting when a white paper towel or rag comes up dirty. I think they just go over my floor with a wet mop. Not a lot of deep cleaning. Perhaps at least once a month they could do more than just run a damp mop over the floor. I don't want to make this sound like a complaint, but rather a suggestion for the future. I still appreciate the hard work they do and know its not always easy to please everyone all the time. So I hope you take this as constructive criticism. Perhaps they can pay a little more attention to the kitchen and dining room floors. Thank you - Sincerely, Mr.& Mrs. Last name removed
They aren't the same I used, but most are fine. We have a dyson vacuum which really cleans the carpets so much better, but those you use are ok.

Professional, licensed, bonded, background checked and insured, these people are well trained and I trust them to do everything promised by the company. If I have an issue, I can call the office and they are more than willing to do everything they can to resolve it, even if it means replacing the prior cleaners. They go the extra mile to make the customer/home owner happy with their service, and I appreciate the personal touch. If I have a special project I'd like them to help me with, I call the office and they have always been willing to accommodate that, but I have never requested something unreasonable and beyond their scope of work or abilities. This is a great company I don't hesitate to recommend!

Like the reminder call ahead. Job almost always fantastic. Sometimes another team comes and not as good as my regulars. Professional job always. I have a stubborn master bath soap shelf which I wish I did not have to remind to use bleach on each time but other than that, spot on service.
My Merry Maids team arrives on time, is professional, very organized and does a great job of cleaning my house.
