We appreciate the phone call reminders. We appreciate the timeliness of the staff. We occasionally encounter lights left on, however and a broken item but there is always recognition of the item with a plan for it's repair/replacement. We would like to see a little more cleaning behind and under items (TV) but maybe that is beyond the scope and I may not know it. Thanks for you ongoing services.
