I have used Waltham Services for over 20 years. They try to schedule a visit as close to when I call as possible, sometimes the same day. In the house I used to own, they kept the mice from taking over. The mice always come in when it is autumn, looking for a warm place. After a few years of finding all the entries and travel routes, we barely had any mouse activity. If I had a question about a pest, I could (and can) call and ask about it. The technicians have all been very knowledgable and friendly.
Our technician, Mike Kemp, is very knowledgeable and takes care of any pest issues we may have each month. He is friendly and always on time. If we have any issues with bugs, he explains things thoroughly and easy for us to understand. He is great!
My rep James Vitale is excellent always asks if we have any issues to report or that he needs to address.
The contact office is excellent as well. We had a hornet issue andthey were immediately reactive sending service.
