I have been using Waltham Pest for 8 years and not 1 issue. They stay on top of their service, records, etc. I have several audits yearly and never an issue with pest control. The technician I have servicing this account is top notch. He cares and takes the time to listen if you are having an issue. In 8 years we have not had any issues with mice, rats, or cockroaches! You can not ask for better than this from a pest control company.

With SQF, FDA, USDA, etc., and all the paper work that goes with it, it is assuring to know that your pest control company has you covered. They come in when they are suppose to and do what they say they do. Pest Control book is always up to date and any issues are addressed with the tech before leaving.
Regular follow-up service and when there is a particular problem area, Gary follows up regularly to make sure it is resolved.
Our man Dustin is fantastic! He is always responsive and attentive, taking extra time to understand and solve any problems that arise. Great job!
