What we like about Waltham Services it the attention we receive. When calling for an issue, most times, results in a technician coming to the site the same day. Our technician is thorough and informative and offer suggestions to help alleviate the issue.
Customer service!!! Tracey Blaney is absolutely a joy to work with. I have been working with her for almost 13 years. She is quick, polite, and tries her absolute best to make sure that things are taken care of for you and works with the techs and your schedule.
The techs are amazing also! Jim and Kevin are great with residents and do a wonderful job in apartments. But I tip my hat to our regular tech, Don Pereira! He really goes above and beyond for the residents and for River Place. When we ask him to get something done, the job is done with perfection and excellence.
