The technician who provides service to our facility is courteous of our schedule, thorough in his inspection, and always makes sure to talk with us face to face at the end of his visit about any observations he or we have made since his last visit.
Waltham Services is very responsive. Whenever we have an issue (which is rare) it gets addressed immediately.
