For someone who has only practiced yoga a few times, it was the best yoga class experience I have ever had. Instructor Meghan was the difference. Slowed things down and took us through movements that were challenging, yet doable and enjoyable.
The instructors are genuine and each have their own unique flow and vibes. I don’t go as often as I’d like, but when I do, I’m greeted as a long lost acquaintance. Kris even gave me a hug and then said she forgot my name. It made me smile to be remembered, and her asking my name seemed like she was genuinely connecting with me. Also, and KERI, she kicks my butt every time but with a positive energy that and encouragement that leaves me feeling revitalized inside and out.
The friendly service was amazing.

Could perhaps use a few more classes for novices like me, but if I lived in Tulsa, I’d definitely buy a membership.

Best yoga in town! It’s challenging but not overwhelming. ALL of the instructors are great! Whitney is my favorite. She reads a daily reflection at the end of her class. I can always relate it to my life. I always feel so good after leaving your facility. Thanks!

Very friendly staff. Very good classes. Only think i would change is the description of the 10 for 10 deal. I wasn't explained the terms at the time of sign up so I didn't get any free classes when I signed up. Other than that great environment!
The instructors are very nice and let you do things at your own pace !! The atmosphere is very calming and overall a 10/10 experience!!
