I have been a yogi very several years. I was introduced to Salt in 2019 by my sister-in-law. I became an annual member and have been one since.
Each instructor has their own methods and their own challenging sequences. I am capable of targeting specific muscle groups by taking classes with specific instructors.
Keri was an excellent instructor! I am VERY picky about my yoga - level, music, etc - and she exceeded every aspect!
Just returned to hot yoga, and it was fabulous. Tough and sweaty...the best.
The whole process is easy to get into class and then class is the perfect combo of workout and peace.

I’ve come back to Salt Yoga because of the true warmth and friendliness I feel each time I attend a class. The instructors make me smile. The old friends and new ones I’ve met give me comfort. The heat makes me sweat like crazy and get my bones and muscles working like a machine. There is something I just can’t explain other than I feel like I’m HOME when I’m in Salt😉😗😍. Instructors true kindness and wanting to help improve my practice. room temp is perfect. the App is horrible when it comes to logging on, If you get kicked out of it…. good luck. It’s caused me not ti book classes, see what date a package ends, etc.

Excellent in every way
I felt very comfortable from the minute I walked in. Great class, Rachel was so friendly and a great instructor! And it was a whole positive vibe there. I can say I personally like it a little hotter in my hot yoga classes though, but will definitely be back! Would also love some hot vinyasa flow type classes as well!

The yoga instructors were great. The studio was clean and cute. The parking lot was good. Location good.
The atmosphere is beautiful and the space is intimate. It was a touch crowded, but overall it was a very safe environment.
Kristi is my original yoga instructor. My family and I would follow her anywhere. Keri Edwards is an awesome instructor too. (They are the classes I’ve been to there). The atmosphere is amazing and the facility is top notch.

Lovely studio space! The use of lights to project the space numbers on the floor was probably my favorite thing, took the guessing out of where to place my mat for class. The class with Ana was the perfect practice for my Saturday morning, I left feeling invigorated and strong. My only wish was a shower on premises, but a beautiful experience nonetheless. I’ll be back!

As a mother and a full time school counselor, I am determined to prioritize my self-care or I am not my best self and can't love hard those I serve. My yoga practice at Salt saves me, empowers me, and fills me up with what I need to be my best self. I am able to gain clarity on what matters and what doesn't, what I can control and what I need to let go of. I feel welcome here and a part of a really neat, diverse community. I feel a sense of belonging when I am on my mat amongst a group of humans all doing what it takes to feel good in body, mind and soul. I always leave with clarity, strength, and hope!

I love Salt. The only suggestion is you move the 10:30 Sunday Meditation to 1:30 '-)
Excellent instructors- knowledgeable and caring. Reasonable price for 25 classes. Easy to use app, nice looking. Although I can’t find how long passes are good for in the past.
