Awesome class and instructor was very welcoming to me as a beginner.
If someone can tolerate the heat I would definitely recommend it. You guys have a great teachers. The classes are challenging and fun. Clientele is wonderful. I wish you had a 4 o’clock class during the week sometime.

Studio very nice and clean. Mats, blankets, and other equipment available if needed. Instructors were friendly and easy to follow. Probably one of the best yoga classes I’ve been to in awhile! Highly recommend!
I am a busy executive with mountains of stress and deal with tight muscles and mobility issues. The class was AMAZING! I was very skeptical going into the class. I didn’t think I could do yoga. I was wrong. The instructor was easy to follow and gave subtle queues to help me get the most out of the class. I’d recommend anyone to try it.

I like the flow and the energy of each class. I do think the class prices are slightly high but comparable to other studios.

I LOVE holy yoga! It is the perfect way to start the week and all the instructors are so sweet and caring. I also really enjoyed the hot yoga classes I attended! Such a good workout!
Great yoga studio with great people.
Jahan is wonderful. I’ve never had a yoga experience quite like his restorative yoga class. It is calming and mentally restful, while you relax your body physically with slow poses and slow breathing. He is very attentive to the every aspect of the practice, with the result of feeling completely engaged in the process.
Yoga always intimidated me because I am very competitive and there aren’t metrics to measure progress or compare yourself to others. It has taught me to slow down and not everything has to be a competition.
Salt Yoga is so welcoming to a beginner. I felt so comfortable and welcome as soon as I walked in. Classes with Whitney are amazing!
The atmosphere and the pleasant people.
I live in the Swan Lake neighborhood. Due to an injury, yoga was the only option for exercise. Being it was so close and a dear friend Jahan had been trying to get me to try it, I decided to gave it a shot. I absolutely love it and I am so happy that I joined.
