I love all the holy yoga instructors Molly Kelly Whitney Kathrine Shurayah. I’m grateful for each of them. Love their kindness and inspiring script sharing. Holy yoga has been the life changing and saving source during hard times. Thank you for offering this class so I have a safe comfortable place to connect with God.
This was my first time attending Holy Yoga and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
We recently joined this yoga studio because of an extended stay Tulsa that’s keeping us away from home. The entire staff and several students have made us feel so welcomed. And the classes are great.
I had a great first experience! I was welcomed in by the instructor, I felt like I got enough attention from the instructor without feeling like I was drawing attention or felt embarrassed. And afterward I even got encouragement from a couple people on how well I did! I will definitely be making it a regular part of my week and inviting others!
Sure am looking forward to not having to wear the mask though! It’s hot enough in that room!
The people who teach enjoy their roles as instructors and encourage all to practice at their own individual level.
Quality, intensity and safety at the right price. I love Holy yoga ;) but also purchased a 12 month pass.

We LOVE your staff and classes, however it’s really disappointing to not have access to a south location any longer. We live in Jenks and have to leave 35minutes before class now so a simple class is about a 2hr 15min commitment. The online classes are helpful when I’m traveling on business but it simply isn’t the same. I’m sadly being dragged to consider classes at studios in Jenks or joining lifetime given the limited options from Salt
Our teacher was great and the class size was only 3 other people which made the atmosphere manageable!
The instructors are great. They give movement options so beginners and those more experienced can take what they need from the class. It's a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I continue to enjoy my experiences at SALT!

Can say enough... Your instructors are fantastic, generous and very approachable. The facilities are great. Certainly miss the South Tulsa location but the drive North to so worth it. I always get what I need from my time there; the experience certainly "checks" a lot of boxes for me physically and spiritually. Always look forward to my weekend sessions and see it as a critical part of my wellbeing. Bravo..!

I really like the instructors, I haven’t practiced with any whom I didn’t learn something from.
The fact that SALT offers Diverse class times, Diverse instruction and Diverse practice routines.
It is unfortunate SALT South closed, really good studio.
The atmosphere was so great and I loved the intimacy of the class. The instructor was so kind and welcoming, which made the class feel more personal. Would definitely recommend!
