Products do the job without harming furniture, appliances, carpeting, etc.
Merry Maids reimburse the replacement cost of damaged items.

I really appreciated that one of the first things that Kayla and Christina did was to identify the various options of cleaning products and checked for my preference. They also informed me about product limitations after I asked for a cleaning focus on bathtub grouting, which was educational, as well. Based on today's service, I would HIGHLY recommend Merry Maids to friends and colleagues. The attention to cleaning details was superb!!

Caitlyn and Tammy are great. They do a wonderful job and I'm pleased that Merry Maids can accommodate my request for Saturday service.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Very disappointed recently in cleanings. Floors are still grimy, glass tables not cleaned . Piles of dust in corners. Stairs not vacuumed.
I have had the service for almost a year and have had just one cleaner named Cathy who was decent. I will not renew my contract as I wouldn't even have called the last two cleanings, even attempts at cleaning. I don't like to ever leave negative feedback, I am just very disappointed.

Just not happy with the overall cleaning. I feel the cleaners rush through the job and miss a lot of dust and dirt.

Did not arrive on time . Missed many areas. I had renovations done and explained that there would be dust coming up from vents. My house was pretty clean when they came. But at least 3 areas were totally missed.

I have responded to this many times with the same answer. I like your service in that it is very reliable and I feel secure with your employees in my home when I am not there. However, your service is very expensive and should be top notch, but it is not. I have already reported my concerns locally.

make sure you don"t pressure your managers to solicit 9's and 10's in this feedback forum because that only annoys the customer and puts the focus on a score and not a true "job well done"

Its just that the cleaning is just okay- nothing great.I keep saying this is every survey and it never changes. Never move things when cleaning or clean under anything just seem to do bare minimum

The tile entryway, kitchen and hardwood dining room floors have not been vacumed very well . The last 2 cleanings there was dirt left around the edges. I left a note about it the last time, but there was still dirt left there.

I usually have Nancy come to my house, and I love that she comes in and does her job without being told every step of the way what needs to be done. She's thorough and does a great day. The products are ok.

Sometimes my basement rug isn't vacuumed, there are cob webs, sometimes my pillow cases don't get changed, the sliding glass door track doesn't get cleaned, and its very dusty under neath my bed. But, I do love Merry Maids!

Unfortunately, we have had more than one issue. The latest one being that the new crew does not clean the laundry room. I called and spoke to manager and was told he would let the crew know but again this last cleaning the laundry room was not cleaned. I am appreciative of everything the manager has done for us but since changing cleaning companies we have only had one or two visits that have gone "right".

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The quality of the cleaning seems good some weeks and not so good other weeks.
I haven't had a chance to call about this, but I'd like to know what products you use on the ceramic top of stoves and on the stainless appliances. The finish on the handle of my stove (stainless) seems to be ruined.
I like your service because I work so much and it's convenient, but sometimes the kitchen floor isn't cleaned well and it should be done every cleaning (in case you only consider it a "special attention" detail. And the paper left behind isn't clear about what the current cleaning "special attention" area was.

What could we do to improve?

I was extremely unhappy with the first time a team came to my home. It was supposed to be the "deep clean" and it was not. The following week a new team came back....Brenda and Jody....just wonderful. If I could be assured that Brenda and Jody would work in my house every time...I would definitely stay with the Merry Maids. I do not want a different team each time.

The Merry Maids are very thorough and friendly. They call the day before to remind you they are coming. I have no complaints about the products used.
