How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The last service I had was horrible. My kitchen and first floor bathroom floors were not even washed. Then they left a note saying the baseboard and window sills were cleaned and they absolutely were not. The service has been good some weeks and poor other weeks. The inconsistency is based upon who happens to show up. One week no one showed up. I am ready to cancel the service.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have not received a return communication. I left a voice mail and email on the items that were not completed on the first visit. The oven was not cleaned, the paddles of the kitchen paddle fan were not cleaned and the baseboards were only dusted versus cleans. These three items were included in the first visit and price I paid. I'm just curious why no one has contacted me and it has been three weeks. Name removed Phone number removed

Inconsistency. I find that when two merry maids come the bathroom and kitchen is cleaner then when there is only one. Is it against your policy for them to pick things up and clean under and in back of them? What's the point in having cleaners when I have to go back over what they did after they have left???

Since change of management, my cleanings (except for the first one)have been just OK. Two cleanings ago an entire room was skipped. I am considering changing cleaning compnies.

Can the person that had been at my house perfoming cleaning, leave his/her name (names)?
In case I would like to give a special thanks to them for very good job.
I do love the notes that say wich rooms had been payed attention too! Those are very important! as well as what to look for ward to at the next cleaning.
Also phone calls a day before the appoitment to let me know in will take place are helpful too! Thank you

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We love Therese, who is now coming to clean the house on a bi-weekly basis. Therese embodies the reason that I first decided to use Merry Maids. The confidence that this house will be clean to a standard.

As Merry Maids has become short staffed, they are scheduling too many houses for a single person. Until Therese, that meant whoever came was rushing through the house to get to the next job, rather than making sure my house was clean.

We have been disappointed with the interactions with the staff that calls us. I was not pleased by the person on the phone to whom I expressed these concerns.

The first cleaning was fantastic! This week however was not nearly as good. It looks like the mudroom was barely vacuumed. Also in the living room it looked like the dusting was not complete. The three picture frames weren't picked up. Therewasdustbehind them. In the kitchen the window sills weren't cleaned at all.

Service has been flexible and accommodating. Products have been effective for cleaning but not overpowering. The houe looks great but it has not smelled like an industrial strength cleaner cam thru!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My main objective in hiring Merrymaids was to insure that the detail things in my home were maintained as I am unable to keep up with those things, ie: dust on top of curtains, blinds, baseboards, pictures,ceiling fans and furniture is done as well as my floors and bathrooms to be cleaned.
I have had several lady's come and clean and overall they have been good however, I have had dust on the top of my bedroom curtains for almost 2 months now, my wood stairs and hallway upstairs floor has not been washed in about the same amount of time, my master bath shower base needs a stronger solution whereas I end up re-cleaning it again. The window sills, shelving and cabinets in my kitchen have not been wiped down in I don't know how long. I am just a bit frustrated but am always too busy to take the time to call so if you could address these issues it would be make me so happy.

I am not sure what products are used but everything seems OK. The cleaning is always thorough and they leave a note about what was done. I think you should try to market your services to other people in The Towers. There are over 400 units here.
