I don't know what products they used, but when I returned home everything smelled fresh and clean - and my homewas clean - very clean. good Job, ladies.

The only thing I would like them to do is to be more careful with the lamp shades. Almost all of them are askew after they come and dust them, however, 'm worried that one day when I come home they will be broken.

I can skip when I go on vacation. Merry Maids is responsive to my requests when I ask for a change or for a specific focus in cleaning. Anytime there has been a problem (which seldom happens) the staff is quick to redress the problem.

The initiative and confidence the women cleaned the house with. The ease of not worrying about if I have enough cleaning supplies on hand. Love that merry maids pays attention to details (baseboards, wiping cabinets!). I feel we are getting our monies worth knowing that each employee was trained on how to clean.
