You all can really really clean. I have dogs and boys and a big house full of antiques and you all really clean it.

My kids were out of school today and I had been out with them all morning and arrived home at 2pm to a wonderful site. I had forgotten that Laura and Margarita were coming today and as usual the house looked so great when we arrived home. Of course, with two kids home it didn't last too long.

The team is always timely and courteous. I'm usually not home when they arrive but my family can tell when Merry Maids has cleaned our home and when I have done it. Merry Maids is much better. I do like the products especially the one used on my granite countertops. They shine much better than several store bought products I have used.

I really appreciate your excellent customer service - for example, last week I didn't leave a check as I normally do, and an associate contacted me prior to charging my credit card to ensure this was OK. Taking that little bit of extra time makes me feel like a valued customer.
