I felt like when I got home that the house was really clean! I liked the service - however, this was the first time I had used your service. I think I would be a stronger referral after a few months !

The only concern that I had is that most of the lampshades (which had been dusted.....thank you!) were askew. Every one had to be straightened.

The women who came to clean my home were so friendly and professional. I work full time, have two young children, and a husband who also works full time. By the time we get home and I put the children to bed and get their things ready for the next day, I have. O energy left to. Lean. Merry Maids took care of everything! They even changed my sheets, which I loathe to do. I was talking to some senior managers who said their cleaning people were "good.". I said mine were great!

Everything they did was done well. The house actually seemed dust free for the first time in a long time, and my lungs appreciated that. They ladies were also very tolerant of my dog and were worked so efficiently they were done fairly quickly. My only complaint was my own fault. As I checked over the contract I remember that he asked if I wanted the laundry room floor done and I said "if they can find it" instead of saying yes. I had picked up everything but it didn't get done. Completely my fault but I would like it done in the future. Also, the 1/2 bath downstairs isn't listed on the contract. It looked clean and they may have done it but I want to be sure it also on the contract. Again completely my fault. Thanks so much for everything. I'll see you in March!

Knowing that I do not have to spend time with the dreaded chore of "cleaning house" is a real treat, each and every month.

One comment I hesitate to make, but feel I should is that Gloria and Victoria performed their magic at my home for a good while and did an excellent job. Recently Carmen's team has taken over. While they do well with the general cleaning effort, I will say they are not as good with the detail dusting as Gloria and Victoria were.

I like the fact that I can change appointments as needed; when the team arrived during remodeling and the water was off, they still managed to work on cleaning and even went out to the porches to clean.
