When Gloria and Victoria were the team cleaning my home, I just never had anything but top notch comments. Some time ago, a new team began working with me. Their performance is good, but not great. It remains a pleasure for me not to have to come home and take care of the details around cleaning. However, as good a job as the new team does, they perform at about 90% of Voctoria's team. You do a great job; I wish I had the Merry Maid products you use in the shower, since they are quite good. I also love the clean smell when I come home.

I have used Merry Maids for several years now. The ladies who have cleaned my home always do a good job. I know they work hard!

The past couple of times my house has been cleaned I noticed that different teams have been sent. I have a few requests that I would like to make of whoever you send to my house. I may have mentioned some of these before but just wanted to list them below again for reinforcement.

- We have white baseboards throughout our house. I have noticed several places with black marks along the baseboards from the vacuum cleaner. I am pleased that my carpet is being vacuumed so throughly but would prefer if the cleaning ladies didn't bang or scrap against them. I have had to clean the baseboards with a magic eraser to get the black marks off. We are actually getting some interior painting done in our house later this week so I would greatly appreciate it if the ladies could please take care not to bang/scrap onto our newly painted areas.

- I have requested that all my furniture be vacuumed each time my house is cleaned. I can see that the couches downstairs in the family room are throughly vacuumed each time but sometimes I am unsure if the couch in our bonus room is vacuumed. Sometimes it looks vacuumed and then other times it looks like only certain spots were vacuumed. I would greatly appreciate it if all the couches got throughly vacuumed at each visit.

- The shower door trim in the master bathroom is the oil rubbed bronze color. There are a couple of spots, especially along the lower part of the door where it has started coming off and you see a stainless steel color underneath. I would appreciate it if the ladies would take special care when cleaning the doors so that no more of the finish comes off.
