I am very happy with the service- love the team I have now. Gail, on the phone, is always very helpful. 9, not 10, rating because I’m not happy being asked to tip on a weekly basis. We tip at holidays, etc. It’s uncomfortable to say great service and not tip. I understand the new up charge if I have to cancel, but tipping is getting out of hand everywhere.

We very much like the security of bonded house cleaners like Merry Maids. Eileen Jungwirth who manages the teams is easy to work with and very professional. We also like the fact that they do work in teams so are in our house for less time overall.

The cleaner arrived on time, was super friendly and professional. She did a fantastic job in our home, apologized for taking longer than expected, but it was not a big deal as we had a lot of construction dust everywhere and it was spotless when she was done!! We are very happy to have worked with Merry Maids!

When fully staffed, cleaning is usually fast and meticulously carried out. Good communication with folks working in our home. No breaks and finished in a reasonable time. Know which products to use for surface.
