Great cleaning, made a huge difference
They did good job with the appliances.
The cleaners were amazing however I thought I was paying for a 2100 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and a bonus room. They only had orders for the stairs not the bonus room. When I called back and left a message with the person that sold me this, they never contacted me back. I guess they got my money & we’re done with me. So I ended up with 1 room in my home not cleaned which was disappointing.
It's easy to set up and my mom was happy with the service.

Personality plus! My 90 plus yo Mom has stopped protesting about having her house cleaned, but she still cleans before Carmen comes. Her quilting sewing fabric room doesn’t scare Carmen at all! My Mom might even look forward to the process since it’s Carmen!
They come when they say they are going to. They rotate some cleaning places that don’t require cleaning every time and clean the places I want clean every time. I like that I don’t have to be home and like coming home to a clean house. It’s nice that they bring their own cleaning equipment so I don’t have to go out and buy stuff for them.

The ladies did an absolutely amazing job! House is cleaner than when we moved in. No way we won't get our cleaning deposit back. Every nook and cranny sparkles. After they were done, I just stared at every room for an hour admiring their excellence. Wish we were staying in town to use them on a regular basis!!

I've been talking with Christian at Merry Maids, literally for years, trying to get them into my Elderly Father's home to clean it up for him. Dad has always agreed, and then refused at the last minute. Christian was familiar with similar circumstances and was very sympathetic with the difficulties. Merry Maids staff was equally experienced and kind. When the time finally came to utilize their services they gave us a quick, fair quote and were ready to go in a very timely manner. Merry Maids was a great pleasure to work with and helped relieve the stress of getting our Dad's home back in order. My Sister and I greatly appreciate the service, the experience, and the kindness of the entire staff at Merry Maids.
My regular cleaners (Kitsie and crew) are so friendly: not just to me but my dogs. I don't have to worry that something is missed. They even help sometimes take my recycling outside since I am recently disabled.
The value is amazing. I, like others, thought I could never fit Merry Maids in my budget, but I was so wrong. Also communication is very fluid and friendly.
