I am very happy with the service- love the team I have now. Gail, on the phone, is always very helpful. 9, not 10, rating because I’m not happy being asked to tip on a weekly basis. We tip at holidays, etc. It’s uncomfortable to say great service and not tip. I understand the new up charge if I have to cancel, but tipping is getting out of hand everywhere.
