The cleaning ladies are always very nice and do a very good job. If I ask them to focus on a specific spot, they always do.
I just rate a 9 because I do not know what products they use. Originally when I signed up for the service, I believe I was told they would use "green" products but I'm not sure. Sometimes after a cleaning, there is a strong smell of product so I don't think that's a green product. I just open the windows an air out our apartment though.
Cleaning team is always prompt, thorough, and friendly. Katie is a joy to talk to, and always very pleased with the end of results

The two young women who cleaned our home did a fantastic job. They were through and meticulous in their approach to cleaning. They followed directions to the letter.
We had requested that the deodorizing spray not be used on this visit as it caused a respiratory reaction the last time.
