When I arrived at airport the shuttle was already there. The driver put both of my suitcases in the van and on arrival to my waiting car he put them in my car for me.

We did have one event about 2 years ago... where the shuttle was filled to capacity for about 3 "rounds", and new shuttles were not coming in fast enough, so we waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes.
However, we have not had that problem since

However, I often get my car detailed while I'm out of town, and each time I have a problem when I get back, as it seems you can't charge my detailing on the same credit card as my valet service, so I have to go inside and give my credit card again.
I doubt that you will read this, but I hope that, if you do, you will do something about it.

I really liked the ease of parking at this facility. The area was crowded so an associate found a parking spot for me. This was a big help. Additionally, once I returned the shuttle was leaving by the time I got to the designated area another shuttle was pulling up. I was very pleased with the service I received.
