The convenience of knowing I will arrive to the airport in a timely matter was a plus, also knowing I would be picked up upon arrival to get my car.
The overall services are affordable, customer-friendly, less stressful, safe, and very organized.
When I arrived on Saturday morning, May 28, 2022, it was a little foggy, being I had an early morning flight. I thought I may have left the lights on to my car. I gave the keys to your driver Ba Ba, he was kind to check, and left the keys at the front office entrance.
I'm so grateful for your professional staff and services, it gave me peace of mind and overall had a wonderful vacation.

Tanya and Edie were very helpful and friendly. We had problems with a flight being canceled so we ended up driving from OHare to Cleveland in the middle of the night. They could not have been more helpful. Tanya even said we could call if we got lost and she would talk us thru directions. Excellent customer service!

this was my first time using park n' fly, I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews online and was afraid I was going to miss my flight but the driver was there waiting at 2:45am and it was a super quick and easy process.

I like the fact that I rarely wait around for the shuttle to take me or pick me up. It's consistent. I don't get good service one trip and bad the next. I do valet and I get good service starting with the person that greets me
