Customer Service is always the utmost importance to me. I find Park N Fly to have excellent customer service. I also appreciate how organized they are.
We had the driver Leon who drove us to the airport at departure and also at pick up. He's so friendly and immediately grabbed our luggage and placed it accordingly.
He has a big friendly smile and we chatted on both drives.

Can’t say enough good things about the service I received. Our bags and my vehicle keys were stolen while on our trip. I had to have a spare key dropped off at the park-n-fly office to get home. When I got picked up at the airport I told the driver and she radioed ahead to have the key ready for me. When I got to my vehicle the key fob batteries were dead and I couldn’t start my vehicle. The driver went above and beyond her normal job to help our family get home. It was midnight when our plane arrived and we would have been stuck another night without Park-n-fly and their dedicated drivers. It was a really hectic day and thanks to the help of the driver we got home.
