I enjoyed parking and using the Park n Fly parking area, it’s conveniently located easy access from freeway, down the street from Oakland airport, there’s a shuttle to drop you off and pick you up from airport. I would recommend park n fly to everyone.

It is so streamlined. The app works great and the whole process is effortless. There is not much loss of time getting to the airport because the drivers are usually waiting for you to board the shuttle instead of you waiting for them. Great job!!!

It was hassle free from beginning to the end. I ordered online, got to the park, parked my car, had to extend a day beyond initial order. The staff are very friendly and nice. An awesome place to park your car when traveling.

We arrived very early to the lot (4:25am) and a bus was waiting for us. So convenient, price was great, lot seemed very secure and it was a nice clean bus and quick ride to the airport. Even upon return, bus was already waiting (didn’t even need to use the app to call for the bus) and quick ride back to the lot. Overall it was all great and we’ll definitely use again.

Getting parked and having a shuttle right there to get me to my terminal was great. When I came back, it was so nice to just walk out the door and send a text saying come get me. The driver was there in less than 10 minutes, got me right back to my car and I was on my way hone!

When went to check out when leaving, my reservation was removed from my account. Luckily I had printed the reservation as well. You should not remove it from the account prior to us leaving the lot.

I have used different shuttle services in the past, but always return to Park and Fly. My driver was prompt, courteous, and an all around great guy. I appreciated him handling my suitcase for me, he was incredibly helpful!

Fast, good communication, friendly drivers. Had an issue exiting the ramp. QR Code didn’t work. Pressed call button on box and operator asked us to pull around to a different level that had a cashier. We tried the lane next to us instead and that worked. Customer service with the lane exit issue could have been better.
