Friendly, helpful drivers. I rarely have to wait very long for the shuttle. My biggest complaint is the parking places are pretty tight.

Quick easy service
The car in front of us couldn’t get their phone to scan…. There was no one at the window. We had to find an attendant to help them. Should have an attendant at the window at all times.
It was easier than the yellow dot place last year. The people were much friendlier and helpful getting in and getting out.
Good price, fast friendly service
Easy to make reservations, easy to park (valet), car was ready to load when we returned to the lot.
The consistency of the friendly shuttle drivers plus the fact that the staff/management has had little noticeable change since its prior life as "Executive Valet".

Everything. From someone being there in early hours rather than a computer. To the drivers being helpful and friendly.
The shuttle drivers look out for the customers AND gives them a ticket that tells the next driver where their vehicle is located when we return and that driver can drop them at their vehicle. It is by far the best parking we've used at the Cleveland Airport.
Convenient
The service was good, however, we were in aisle 14 with about 3 other people at 4:30 in the morning and it took about 20 minutes for pick up. The staff was very nice.
