Now that Cleveland airport parking is very confusing and limited. We decided to try Park N Fly at the Cleveland airport. What a great experience!!! All employees were friendly and very dedicated to their jobs and taking care of customers. Shuttles were convenient and on time. We will not hesitate to use this service when we fly out of Cleveland.

Great! You have someone to pick up and answer phone calls. Though for infrequent flyers, it's good to provide a map for the pick up points for different airlines. Even though the driver did emphasis to get back on where they were dropped off, but if coming back from a different airline, then it would be confusing, especially the airport doesn't provide any clear directions on all exit points.
