Friendly, easy. Attendant there to direct self-park, which saves a lot. Van comes over after you park to take you right to your airline.
Denisha was friendly and helpful.
The drivers were good and helpful too.
I had accidentally left my rear window open about 3 inches, and there was hard rain while I was gone. Someone took it upon themselves to tape plastic protection over the opening to save my back seat from getting all wet. Thank you very much.

Very easy to check-in and out. Shuttle service to and from the airport terminal was timely and smooth. All around a very positive experience. Free carwash was also very nice.

Really like that you can make reservations and that there is a free car wash available. The shuttles come very fast with little to no waiting.
