Fast pick up, Friendly driver who was very informative! His name was Rinh. He was so kind and gave us bottled water!. I chose the valet service, and once we got off the bus, my car was under the car port waiting for me Staff were very kind as I told them my flight had been canceled the day before! I don't understand why I had tp pay for another day July 29th when our flight from Tampa was canelled due to weather. When I called to inform your company the emplyoyee I spoke to told me you were informed of the flight cancellation and there would be no charge but yet when I picked my vehicle up I was charged a daily rate. I am confused. If this is policy your employees need to know this. Thank You

Kind service

Everything was smooth coming and going - on arrival the shuttle bus waited for us and immediately took us to our gate. Pick up on our arrival home was just as fast since they provided us a link to use to let them know we were back. I watched the guy beside me try to flag down 3 shuttle buses from his parking garage that the drivers just waved at him as they passed him by. As he was cussing and swearing to never use them again we were boarding our shuttle heading back to our car. Definitely will use Park n Fly again.
