What do you like about our services?

Overall, Park 'N Fly is very to use on site and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The website however, is horrible. It took me multiple times to restart the page to book the flight as it refused to let me click submit with my credit card information the first time, then the price changes, and it refused to update to my account information. Needless to say, the website was so difficult that I almost gave up and searched for a different parking option. However, in the end once it was all finally booked, the experience checking in getting to the airport and returning to the parking lot was extremely smooth and quick. This part made parking worth it.

Service was excellent. I pulled into the parking lot and a bus was waiting for me. When I got back, the bus dropped me off at my car. The drivers were professional and helpful.

Shuttles were running consistently with very polite drivers who even put my luggage in my car . The cashiers were efficient It was a positive experience. I was a senior citizen traveling alone
