Great parking service at this location.
However during a previous stay I requested a wash for my vehicle. I received the wash, but was not pleased with the results. It looked like my vehicle was washed with a dirty rag. I was not satisfied with this service and tried to contact the manager about the poor quality of service. After attempting to contact and leaving 4 voice messages with no return call. I will advise others to never use any other service at this location other than parking.

Excellent service, drivers are very helpful and polite. Pick up and drop is right at your car. Wait time for pick up at the airport is short.

It's close enough to the airport that it's probably quicker to get to the terminal at Nashville on the park n fly shuttle than to have to make all the stops on the airport bus. The shuttle is clean and the staff is very friendly. The parking lot at park n fly seems to be very safe. You can park inside or out and they will wash your vehicle while your gone upon request.
