Always friendly service till lately. Shuttle use to stop in designated spot. But lately. Seems to stop where ever he wants, and that's exactly what the driver said to me. I was in a wheelchair,at the head of the line, the moron driver stopped very short if where I was. And a whole gang if people did the "Bubba Rush on me. And had to wait for another shuttle. Very inconsiderate drive. Whi didn't give a crap about this US Navy disabled Veteran

The check-in process was super smooth and the staff at the site was very helpful. They provided assistance before even having to ask for it, which made the experience outstanding considering that I had was in a hurry to get to the airport, so I did not have to waste time looking for help. Even the shuttle driver helped me get to a parking spot quickly as I was driving towards the assigned area. On my way back, I was even more impressed because I was not able to make it back on time and I was only charged the additional time and there were no late penalties. Last but not least, I was not inserting my credit card correctly, and after 2 attempts, a staff came to assist me, with a very welcoming attitude. The experience I had left a great impression and I can say that Park ‘N Fly FLL had exemplary customer service.
Shuttles both to the airport and from the airport were quick. The shuttles were very nice and clean.

The pick up was extremely easy - the shuttle driver saw us and backed up to our car to load the luggage . On the return to the lot , the shuttle driver took us directly to our vehicle- much appreciated!
