I liked how quickly I was picked up and taken to the airport and also that there was already a shuttle outside waiting when I returned. I also liked that my bags were loaded onto the shuttle for me.

Everyone at Park 'N Fly Midway is awesome! The most friendly and courteous staff from check in to shuttle drivers to check out. They go above and beyond to give extraordinary customer service. On my last visit I (old school- yes) I had printed out my email confirmation but it didn't have a QR code for them to scan. I had pre-paid and they looked it up and wrote down what I would need to check out. Front end and back end were fantastic! And both my shuttle drivers were just so kind and helpful. As I get older, this means more and more to me!! Highly recommend Park 'N Fly Midway!

It would be great to have more shuttles coming to the airport. It’s consistently a long wait to catch the bus back to pick up your car.

I needed to leave the car at the airport for someone flying in. The attendant was very helpful and held the keys for me. She told the bus driver about the person flying in and they were greeted and helped while on the bus. Could not have been easier!
Also, the attendant thought my guest was coming in 11 pm the night before rather than 11 am the next day. She called me to check on my guest early in the morning just out of concern for my guest because she thought something had gone wrong. Above and beyond!

They were quick and efficient when I got there. Took me right to the airport and told me how to get where I needed to go.. When I came back they picked me up within 5 minutes and took me right where I parked my vehicle.

Always had a quick efficient process when checking in before a flight but for the first time a clerk was out by the parking area and took my information and gave me my tickets so that all I had to do is walk straight to the bus

I had dead battery and your staff was there in less than 5 minutes to charge. What great service and not to mention driver who was so helpful with our bags. He also wished us a safe ride home. I will always Park my car in your lot where I always feel secure. Thanks for everything. Name removed

The shuttles are usually waiting behind my car before I can even get out of the car. The drivers are friendly and helpful handling/loading the luggage. Giving a AAA discount certainly helps with the cost of parking.
