Our driver was Kate and she was very friendly on our return home from our vacation. My husband is a talker and Kate chatted with him as he peppered her with questions. We will certainly use PNF in the future.

I was a little surprised that I was the only passenger. Of course that didn’t make any difference with the excellent service from Park ‘n’ Fly!!

Valet parking. One thing that is a little bit of a pain is that the cars are lined up. If I'm first out of the shuttle, I'm usually pretty quick to get in car and go. If I'm 2nd or 3rd in line and/or there's people that take their time, it's really frustrating. There's a garage (PHL location) where they line up the cars. In the garage, there's also a bunch of cars parked. I'm not aware of this option, i.e. covered, valet parking. I think this area should be used to stage the vehicles for customers vehicles that have been picked up by the shuttle and are en route to the facility.
