Cashier needs to learn to count money
We ordered your 25 piece wing special. This time the wings were done just right. Juicy and tender. Not overcooked. Waitress Karen was very good.

I’m an East coast wing supporter. The only thing wrong is… The fries! Everybody agrees that the fries! are always horrible. Not the way there being cooked. Just the brand period is nasty. It’s time to change your fries East coast wings. Tater tots aren’t better neither. We shouldn’t have to make another stop just for fries at another restaurant to go with your good quality wings. Change your fries East coast wings. This is my only complaint. Change them for a better quality and your business will keep thriving in the right direction. :)
There were several problems. 1.) I came out because I had $15 on my East Coast Wings card to use, but when I gave my card to the girl ringing up my order, she didn’t use any of it! So, I ended up paying for $15 worth of food that I shouldn’t have had to! 2.) All the chips were burnt. I got four orders and every one was burnt badly. The chips were all a dark dark brown and hard as a rock. 3.) I asked if I could get ranch and cheese sauce with each order, and a small side of hot sauce with one order, and the girl said yes, but she never mentioned that she was going to charge me a dollar for each cheese sauce and a dollar for the small side of hot sauce! I paid $5 for dipping sauce!!! That’s crazy! Especially considering every one of them was only half full! I could only dip maybe 10 burnt chips into a half full cheese sauce before it was gone and I paid $4 for that? And another $1 for enough hot sauce to dip two chicken tenders into it? 4.) I was told 20 minutes when I called in the order, but it ended up taking 50 minutes to get my food! I waited up there for 30 minutes while other people walked in got their food and left, and the girl said that mine would be ready any second right after I walked in…what happened? The food wouldn’t have taken 30 minutes to cook, so why did I have to wait that long after getting there? Especially getting there 20 minutes after ordering it! 5.) When the girl finally handed me my food, she didn’t even make sure that I had it before letting go of it, so it all nearly fell in the floor. I barely caught it as it was falling, but crushed one of my boxes and the $1 hot sauce in the process. The girl didn’t offer to help, didn’t ask if everything was okay, she just laughed and walked away. I had to put everything back in the bag like it was supposed to be, and clean $0.50 worth of hot sauce off my hands with the napkins that were in the bag, salvage as much as I could of it, and get back home to my family who had been waiting over half an hour on me to get back with it at that point. So, it wasn’t a good experience to say the least.

Time before this one, I did not receive a survey,
Manager came around the corner and made a face at me and rolled his eyes, because I had pulled the blind down to protect my eyes from the sun. It was about 2 weeks ago and the dining room was nasty. Floor had food all over and under the booths. They had been open for about 30 mins. It was disgusting.
Wings were great. Crispy like we ordered them and just the right amount of sauce. I hate when wings are swimming in a pool of goo. These were great
The app is great except you can't order chicken strips without sauce. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Service was great.

I’ve eating wings everywhere as they are my favorite food, East Coast Wings has the best wings from anywhere, hands down. I regret not getting wings from there when I try a new place. East Coast Wings never disappoint.

Ordered online and the whole process went flawless!!!
Honestly, the take out lady wasn’t very nice. Over the last few months she’s gone from being bubbly to sad and it shows. My order was suppose to be ready at a certain time and I still had to wait 30 mins. When I asked the take out lady her only response was “ would you like to talk to a manager”. I don’t wish to get this lady in trouble but I have seen her go from happy to sad and am maybe worried about her. :(

Our food has been cold the last two times we have been there. We may not go back. The chips were too hard and cold! My husband's burger was cold and so was my boneless chicken wings. The only thing hot was my husband's tater tots. The waitresses are wonderful though. They tried to fix things, but we did not have time to wait for them to cook our food again. Your tea is usually the best in town. So, thanks for asking.

Points discount! Unfortunately I was feeling I’ll and wound up at the hospital later that evening. I only ate two bites, my had to rush her food and bit her lip, so could only honestly brag about the discount. Don’t worry we love the food and service at ECW so we will be back when we are both a able to relax and enjoy it the real ECW way we have come to love.
