The food was good and the waitress was very courteous and professional. We did experience an issue. I received the $10 off (supposedly added to the rewards) for leap year. It didn’t say your birthday had to be on leap year. It did not appear on my rewards. Very disappointing!
The waitress was attentive & the food was quock however, we waited several times at the front and weren't greeted or sat. I had to go to the bar to ask what the process was & the gentleman informed me that he would send someone over to assist me.
Don't charge for condiments. Get malt vinegar for chips! Provide higher quality celery and much larger amounts of it.

There is nothing this location can EVER do to make the last FIVE trips right. The bartending staff that controls the mobile ordering is absolutely terrible. They’d rather flirt with the locals at the bar then worry with mobile to-go orders. Maybe if they spent more time doing their jobs and less time flirting for tips we wouldn’t be missing items from our order FREQUENTLY. We’ve only ever ordered online and have not dined in the restaurant, so I can’t speak to their floor servers. The food is also either wrong, cold or poor quality. We use to eat at the Jonestown location in Winston Salem and LOVED it. Unfortunately, we will no longer be dining with this establishment as we’ve exhausted our hope for a decent meal. It’s a shame too as we use to eat here almost once a week, if not, every other week. There are other establishments more deserving of our business. Plainly, we won’t go back to the ECW in King until they fire their current staff. We know this doesn’t impact the bottom line but I will also make it my life’s mission to tell EVERYONE who will listen about this location and to avoid it like the plague.

The food is always amazing. I only have one complaint about the Mount Airy location. On a cold night sitting near the door is miserable. Sometimes that influences my decision for dinner.

Food was good and order was accurate.
We dine at the restaurant fairly often and our food was good as usual. Sadly,on this occasion our waitress was quite rude as the host seated us. She was slamming things at the counter in front of the kitchen entrance and kicked the door several times as she went in and out. I spoke to the host about her attitude and told him we would move if she was that upset that he had seated us in her section. He assured me that her actions were not because of us and we certainly had not done anything to upset her - I informed him that he should speak to her about her attitude before she came to wait on us. Something was definitely going on with her but we managed to get through our meal. Big disappointment with service today but this is absolutely not the norm for the servers there. We will return but will most likely ask for a different server when we arrive. As an afterthought I should have just asked for the manager but I really didn't want to cause her more problems because she was apparently having a bad day already. We even left her a 25% tip regardless of her attitude.

Upon picking up my order a very nice Asian gentleman thoroughly checked everything to make sure all items were accounted for. This is important to me because I travel 35 minutes to get to this location so I appreciate his thoroughness. I am an office manager and I look for great customer service, which I absolutely received. This gentleman seems like an excellent employee because he genuinely wanted to give good service, which I feel is why he was so thorough. Thank you for serving me not only delicious food, but excellent customer service. I feel like my time and money are valued at this location. Thanks!
