Our waitress was the bartender aa well. So service wasn’t that good. Food was good. Didn’t get many carrots though.
Our waitress was amazing. She was nice and our drinks were never dry. The food was also great as always.

We asked for crispy wings. When we picked them up, they were not crispy. We asked for them to be done over crispy. When we got home they still were not crispy so we attempted to reheat them but it didn't work. We returned them and asked for a refund which was not processed so we had to return the next day to get the refund.
We have been here several times and did nit have any issues. Usually we get what we ask for. This is totally unacceptable service.

Service was extremely slow and almost non-existant. We had to go to the counter and get our own refills of drinks after we gave up waiting on our server to come back. My son never got the french fries. We even over heard a very loud "disagreement" between staff in the kitchen. The food came out in shifts. The first couple of plates were served at least 20 minutes before the last plates. When we finally got our food, it tasted okay, but it just took entirely too long to get it.
We have eaten at many East Coast Wings and have never had issues until we came to this one. It was a very disappointing meal.
Typical chain restaurant. Not disappointed. Need to have beer specials. Improve quality of chicken.
Chicken philly was a little dry. Also, I’ve messaged you guys multiple times about getting a physical rewards card and no one will respond. I never received one when I initially signed up.
Close to where we live and the food is usually good.Service is unpredictable though.
Last several times our wings have come out cool to barely warm. We went one night and evidently understaffed on a Fri night because they told us it would be a 25 min wait and were a lot of empty tables so we just left. Service has been good, but not so much with the food. Might give them one more chance.
Every time we order there is ALWAYS a mistake from not even putting our order in so we have to wait longer. Not putting the right sauce if any on our chicken. Over charged or missing items. We always pretty much get the same thing and its becoming a ordeal every time. Not that our business will break you but we were going out with friends and suggested east coast n they all said no. So we went else where. Clemmons is worse than country club but they both are not reliable. I'm pretty easy going but it's so frustrating its not worth the effort anymore.

We sat at Bar and we seem to interrupt bar tenders conversation with employee. The employee said Hello vs our server n bartender did not. Our 2nd time here and shes ( Alley ) to busy lookin at her nails n talkin to guy bar tender. We felt like we didn't exsist. Brought Ranch out for wings with our appetizer so when wings came it was warm. We would go back jus have a different person waiting on us. PS Alley sorry we bothered you.

I did an online order, I picked it up got home and only had half of the order. know one checked to make sure that everything that was ordered was in the bag. very disappointing due to the fact that this was the second time, this just so happens to be my first time back after the first time this happened about a year ago.
