Honestly, the last 2 times this particular location has pi--ed me off! I ordered a couple of weeks ago online, went inside to pick up the order, stood there, nobody acknowledged me, bar tender had customers, ok. Three waitresses standing there fidgeting around and one just came in side door to work and clocked in and looked dead in my face and another customer was there and threw something away and she spoke to her instead. Ok. Bar tender still never speaks to me as well who still had seen me standing there. Waitresses still just standing by door to kitchen making to look as if they are doing something not even going to the kitchen. Only 2 tables in restaurant have customers. I finally step behind bar to ask if someone can see if my food is ready!
Ok, now, this past Monday I give this same place another chance to order the $0.75 wings and order online again but do the curbside thing. I order and pull up and call. They I am on time but they say my food is not quite ready with a laugh? I am tempted to cancel not feeling good due to what happened last time thinking they may spit in my food or put hair in it or something. They bring it out all smiley. I get home and the food is rather cold and the sweet potato fries I order are half of what I should of gotten and cold as well. I take a breath and just warm it up and say the heck with it and suck it up and warm it up and eat 3 wings and throw it out. I am never eating at this rudely, immaturely, unprofessionally, disgusting, stupid place again! Grow up!

Ease of on-line ordering
The experience was great! The only thing that I would suggest is when you do nachos please do not put the fixins on top of the chips. Pleased send chips separately. All of the chips were completely soggy.
You gave me the incorrect wing flavors. I paid for all flats with extra charge and still received drums. I called ahead and advised I wanted the chicken fried hard and the chicken was still chewy. The funnel cake fries were burnt and not edible. My caramel sauce was not in the bag.

Good food and waitstaff
I eat at ECW at least twice a week. I prefer Saturdays in Kernersville when Susie is working! She's always very pleasant, a great server, and makes me laugh! The services in regards to food being ready and to the table has consistently gotten better! Bring back the boardwalk wings or how about salt and vinegar dryrub! Thanks!

My order was ready on time and exactly what I wanted. The pickup experience was awesome.
I did a pick up order on Saturday night. Normally the wings are well sauced, but this time they were not. I also asked for extra crispy and they were not at all.
The place was getting somewhat busy, I just came in to pick up an order I placed online. It wasn't ready yet, so I was hanging out by the front desk. Every one of your servers were so friendly. Not one ignored me standing there, and engaged in conversation. I live by myself, I lost my husband 3 years ago. So when I get out, it's nice to be able to talk to people. I know there are more people like that out there, so a little bit of interaction sometimes makes a world of difference.
I'll also point out that my order was perfect and the food awesome as usual!! Please thank your servers for knowing how to deal with customers!!! :)
Excellent wait staff and atmosphere
The staff was not the issue as they are always delightful. Upon walking in, the hostess had to search for a clean table as 90% of them were dirty. The food came out luke warm and was not as good as it had been..needless to say, we left most of the food uneaten and didn't try to take any home...waste of money.
