About half the time the chips are soggy for carryout. Also, there is basically no difference in heat level from hot to volcanic. Volcanic have a tiny bit of heat but are not nearly spicy enough. So the levels go from a tiny bit of heat (volcanic) to being so hot that are not edible (insane). This is consistent problem.
bring back lunch and beer specials.
Have a larger staff.

The staff members including the dishwashers are always friendly and respectful. Food and drinks are on point, and if they get it wrong they try their best to get it right.

I purchased 25 bone in wings+chip special, 10 boneless wings and a kids mac and cheese+fries, with a side of fruit cup and a drink.
I got home and realized I didn't have my fries, drink, or fruit. I was told on the phone I would get my money back and that was the end of it.
I never recieved my $ back....
The food is great. The wings are quality. I tell people I like it. My favorite thing is the ability this spice. Anything how I want it I wish the wings had slightly more sauce, but I can fix that but I just ordered more sauce extra apparently it is taking me three

We had a take out order. Food was ready on time but one of our wing flavors was wrong. Would suggest just keeping attention to detail for orders to ensure the customer is getting what they pay for. Happy customers mean they will come back.
I love eating at East Coast Wings! I always order 15 TeriGinger Garlic wings with Bleu Cheese and it’s always perfect!
An item was left off my order, so I had to wait for that item. Also, a fair amount of the chips were overcooked, so I couldn't eat them.
The wings are soooooooooo good everytime I try a new flavor delicious

Need better help . Hostess ,waitress. To much doing nothing not enough team work . Implement policy no utilizing cell phone on duty . That's reason I don't come to store any longer . Only take out now. . To wait for food to come . Because our waitress was overwhelmed with to many tables. The hostess stands by the door playing with phone . As I left I even told her about it
