I haven't ever dine in. I always get my orders to go. I work two doors up from East Coast Wings. Food is great.

Good food and service in a relaxing, inviting atmosphere.
The wings are good, and I like the variety of sauces/flavors. You don't have enough craft beer specials to have me come back often. There are lots of CLT breweries, and lowering beer prices will bring more people in.

We love the boneless wings with the sweet and sour sauce. We always ask for them "wet" and last night they were! Nothing better!

East Coast Johnson City used to be a very happening place. Bartenders (Michael) used to be very attentive and fun to talk to as the bartenders before the shutdown were one of the reasons we frequented the store! They made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in and they didn't have to ask us what we wanted to drink because they remembered us and our preferences. The past several times we have came to the restaurant there has been very few people there. This past visit we sat at the bar like we usually do. The atmosphere was just dead. Was approximately 7 minutes before we ever saw the bartender to acknowledge us. She was training another girl, so we understood. The main bartender was very nice though as she has been the few times we have had her to wait on us. The food was good as always. One other thing that was bothersome for my wife and myself were the restrooms. They are starting to smell like sewer again like they did before the restaurant shut down before. When I went to the men's restroom there were gnats flying around the urinal and the smell was pretty pungent. Besides this, we did enjoy our visit as the food and drinks were good as always.

The food, service and environment was excellent
I've answered this question several times. And the answer is always the same. Food quality not predictable, skews to the poor side. I'm a fan of ECW chips. Chips @ goldsboro store are usually always overdone. Service, particularly during the week evenings in the bar area, is generally poor. I frequent 2 or 3 other ECW's, and never experience what I do @ Goldsboro. Frankly not worth the anxiety of coming to the Goldsboro store, but I still give in and try it every now and then usually with the same results noted.
The staff at East Coast Wings are both friendly and courteous. The food is good and for the most part a good value for the money. And if you ever have a problem, they will take care of it in an acceptable way.

This location is a hit or miss. One visit we can have excellent food and great service, but on another, things can be the total opposite. This particular visit I wanted to use my rewards, $10 is on my East Coast account, and the server Cheyenne said there’s nothing on there when clearly I see it online on my account. Maybe that location is too new, but even the Waxhaw location (newer) is able to handle rewards. Don’t ever order online at the Indian Trail location because SOMETHING will either be missing or screwed up.
Do not have or removed healthy alternatives from the menu like tuna and salmon. I used to go a few times a week to eat you tuna crips and tuna salad and I now go once a month. Can only eat wings so many times.

Serving staff don't seem to be as friendly and attentive as before.
Previously, when ordering appetizers, we would always be brought plates. This almost never happens now. Same with the wing flight. Have to ask for them.
Also, typically request carrots only and this is ignored and we get both carrots and celery.
This all points back to the server not listening and not paying attention to needs.

There are so many food and drink choices, and they taste great. We get points for every dollar we spend (100 points =5 dollars ), and we let it build up. All the staff is great!
