Called our order in for pick up. It was the 25 bone in wings and a basket of chips deal. Our order was ready and on time as stated, it was accurate, it was hot and fresh, and was what you expect from East Coast Wings. Thank you for providing dinner to the family.

I ordered my food and my app said it would be available at 5:41. The restaurant was near empty and very few takeout orders, but I still waited until 6:15. The host was very nice and felt bad. She did finally admit the 2 cooks were new. I would have been far less frustrated if the app had just told me 6:15. I don’t need you to make it right, just an FYI it was such a frustrating experience it will cause me to not return for a long time.

Usually you all are great!! We come at least once a week. Last night, 12/26 I order takeout and my order was wrong. Was too late to call and fix it
The lunch specials are reasonably priced and the portion was plentiful.
The quality of your wings has taken a down turn however on a positive note the volcano sauce has been outstanding my last few visits.
The Waxhaw location has the best wings in the area but needs more wait staff.
The wings are ALWAYS perfect from the crunch to the amount of sauce. The bartenders are always pleasant and make the visit fun.
