Great food and service
Fast and efficient service, food was fresh, and staff was kind. 10 out of 10 restaurant!
Over the last several visits, it seems like the wings have gotten smaller and smaller.

Adrian is an excellent waitress, drinks were always topped off and the orders taken from memory are always spot on. He and Jessica were always keeping us laughing.
Be sure customers get food prepared as requested.
Ex: Mayo added to a sandwich, etc.
Be sure customers get the food, as well as sides, a little hotter. We may get our sandwich warm but our fries or tots are not warm. This happens more often than not.

The restaurant forgot the dipping sauces we ordered. I tend to have this problem consistently when ordering to go from this location. In the future, I would recommend whoever is packing to go order to double check all listed sauces that come with the meals.

This is our 3rd year of ordering from East Coast. If we didn't like them we would not be a 3 year customer.

Veteran friendly, staff is pretty decent, boneless wings on Monday are a good deal, Burger is pretty good as well for the price point it is competitive with fast food chains but the quality is better.

The food was good as usual and I felt appreciated as a customer. I didn't order bone in wings but ECW has the best sauces of any restaurant offering wings.
