I own a small business which takes much of my time, even my free time. Weather permitting I usually spend one day per week (Saturday's) in my yard. TruGreen takes care of treating my lawn and trees/shrubs for me, even when I'm not at home. This services gives me a few less things to do allowing for more time for other yard duties.
I added the mosquito treatment this year so plan to enjoy my yard and porch time absent mosquitoes!

Your technician, Sam Clamp, is excellent, great to work with. But your scheduling is awful. I live in The Country Club of South Carolina. Many people in the club use your service. The last time, April 27, you treated my lawn two days earlier you treated the lawn across the street (Bausmith), then two days after the 27th you treated my next door neighbor's lawn (Hale). Is there a reason these three lawns, and others at the club,were not treated the same day? Sam drives here from Columbia. Is his time being used efficiently? If not it is costing you, and me, money. It is too soon to tell, but I expect good things. Please call me @ Phone number removed because the tech came yesterday without calling me and I was not home. It was my first treatment and I wanted to explain my yard's layout. My front yard is in three section divided by very large hedges. Fifteen feet on the left and right of those hedges is my yard too; however, it appears to be my neighbors. I request him to come back and treat the other side of both hedges because he could not have know it was my property. I need to show him my property line.

I feel that TruGreen takes the time to get to know each customer's lawn and then proceeds with the lawn treatment based on the initial findings. Each successive treatment is also customized to fit the current condition of the lawn. My technician, Eric Landingham, was very cordial and took the time to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. I feel like my lawn is in good hands now with TruGreen.
Its either Dean or Gary Suber, License# CPhone number removed that made the latest lawn service to my yard today. I believe I have the best front looking yard in our entire community of 200 homes. He has definitly improved my yard's appearance and health. Also, the back yard is looking much improved in terms of appearance and coverage. He offered a good suggestion on how I can apply some 50/50 mixture of sand and top soil that will fill in some small bare spots which I plan on doing this weekend. I enjoy having brief chats with him regarding my yard's health and appearance. I have had many of my street neighbors pay me compliments regarding my yard's appearance.

This Morning Mr. Derrick Nelson came out for my first service for my trees/bushes. Derrick was very professional and polite. Made sure I was educated on the process. Great technician!
I like that you know exactly what needs to be done to make my yard look good. Being a night shift worker, it's nice that service can be provided without having to bother me with the details, and I know the jobs getting done right by very qualified individuals....so for that, Thank You!!

My service guy is Dean Suber. Dean is professional, polite, and has lots of advice/knowledge. He also works to schedule his visits around my calendar. He is a great rep for TruGreen.
The only reason I do not recommend TruGreen services to my neighbors is to keep their yards from looking as good as mine.
