The young men who are doing our lawn and tree/bush service are very dedicated to their work, extremely friendly and focused.
We don't have to be home when they come. Plus the fellows are very friendly and answer any questions I might have. To a certain extent I wish they didn't come as often as they do as I have to cut our grass twice a week, but the grass looks great.
My service tech , Gary Suber #49255, went above and beynd to get my lawn service on 7/26/17. After being notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, I was called out of town on business and totally forgot that I was scheduled for service.
Gary went above and beyond to climb the fence and get my application completed on schedule/on-time.

Timely, and the techs are very friendly. Our lawn has come back from the brink of disaster, after a coule of months treatments, our lawn is lush green again!
Your services have helped my grass come back to a nice green, and healthy look. I'm not sure about the tree and shrub treatments, because I was standing outside today and noticed all of the gnats swarming two of my bushes on the side of the house. And the bushes were just treated about a week and a half ago. So, why would the gnats swarm like that over my bushes?

My Lawn is thick, green and plush. No weeds just a beautiful lawn.
If you have a complaint True Green will come out and correct the problems.
Our Specialist, Eric Vanlandingham answered a few questions I had concerning our lawn. He identified the different grasses and weeds that have appeared this summer. He explained how he would treat the lawn to prevent them from returning next year. Very nice and courteous young man, appreciate his professionalism.
